Last weekend in Puerto Escondido, something unexpected happened.
Yes, the ocean was beautiful.
Yes, the dolphins were unforgettable.
But the real moment happened inside our group.
We’re all very different people.
Some of us like to plan everything.
Some… don’t plan at all 😅
Some like early mornings. Others live for late nights.

And during the trip, those differences collided a few times, but instead of fighting it, something better happened:
We found our rhythm together.
The planners planned.
The spontaneous ones flowed.
We split when needed, reconnected when it felt right, and somehow, it worked perfectly.
And that hit me:
This is exactly how teams should operate.
Especially marketing teams.
Not everyone thinks the same way.
Not everyone works the same way.
And forcing everyone into one style only creates tension.
But when you allow people to lean into their strengths,
When you communicate honestly
When you respect different work styles
When you trust the process
…you move faster, smoother, and together.
Just like in a boat on open water.
Different people.
Different roles.
One shared direction.
That’s how you build a team (and a brand) that actually moves.

Why Posting Every Day Isn’t Growing Your Brand
We see this all the time: people start from scratch, hire an agency or a craft a social media strategy, and after a couple of months, they say, “We’ve been posting daily… but nothing’s working.” The truth is, this usually has more to do with what you’re saying and who you’re saying it to than…
