Loud colors might grab attention, but do they keep it?
A bold font might spark a glance, but does it spark a click?
Viral stunts might win eyeballs, but do they build relationships?

Instead of saying “make it eye-catching,” try leading your team with clarity:


Who are we speaking to?
What do we want them to feel?
What action do we want them to take?

Attention is easy. Action is harder. Loyalty? That’s where the real magic happens.
